My Nature Story
Having spent my childhood growing up in Canada, nature has always played a role in my life; however, it was not until my adult years that this role took on new prominence. Throughout my 20's nature acted as teacher and healer, mentor and guide as I battled with and overcame psychological health issues that affected my whole life and wellbeing. 
In my 30's I was blessed to have worked as an occupational therapist, sharing the power of nature connectedness with other's who like me had faced psychological health battles and suffered from a loss of wellbeing.
Now as I enter my fourth decade I am able to share my story of nature connectedness as a wellbeing coach, drawing from decades of personal and professional experience.

Coaching Options

Which coaching option is best for you? Choose between a 30 minute Chemistry session to begin your journey. Goal setting sessions provide you with an opportunity to take stock of where you are now and think about where you want to be and the changes you may need to make to get there.                        Nature connectedness coaching uses evidence base from current research around nature connectedness and positive psychology, to empower you to improve your psychological health and wellbeing. 

Discovery Call

30 Minutes

A no pressure, cost free, video call. A Discovery call is your opportunity to find out more about Naturally Flourishing and my approach to coaching. Ask questions, and discover your options for moving forward. This session is free of charge and no pressure to proceed with coaching.

Goal Setting for Health and Wellbeing

One to Two Hours

Choose between a one or two hour session. You might (like me) see the word "goal" and think "no thank you!"

When I was training to be an occupational therapist I had "goal setting" coming out of my ears! Since then, however, my ideas have evolved as I have studied further the concept of goal setting. Book a one or two hour session to explore creative and novel ways to move forward with your psychological health and wellbeing goals.

Nature Connectedness for Health and Wellbeing

One to Two Hours

Chose between a one or two hour positive psychology and nature connectedness based coaching sessions to explore ways to make the positive changes to your psychological health and wellbeing.

These can be a one off session, or booked as a block of up to six coaching sessions.
